General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties when booking services offered by our establishment. They govern all stages of the booking and its follow-up. Any reservation implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Reservation

The customer chooses the services presented on our platform. He acknowledges having read the nature, purpose, and terms of the services offered. The reservation is firm and final upon validation and payment.

3. Booking confirmation

After validation, the customer receives written confirmation (by email or other durable medium) containing the details of their reservation, the services chosen, the price and the contact details of the establishment.

4. Cancellation and modification by the customer

Any reservation isnon-modifiable and non-refundable, whatever the cause, except in cases of force majeure duly justified in accordance with Moroccan law (natural disasters, administrative closure, etc.).
In the event of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged and no refund will be made.

5. Consumption of the service

Guests must present proper identification upon arrival for check-in. Any behavior contrary to the law, public order, or morality will entitle the establishment to immediately terminate their stay without refund.

6. Price

Prices are quoted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included unless otherwise stated. Tourist taxes and other local taxes, if applicable, are payable on site. Prices confirmed at the time of booking are firm and final.

7. Payment

Payment for the stay is made at the time of booking via the secure means provided (bank card, transfer, etc.).
⚠️Payments are non-refundable under all circumstances, except in cases of force majeure provided for by law.

8. Liability

The establishment is not responsible for the consequences linked to force majeure, unforeseeable events or the actions of the customer (delay, absence, incomplete travel documents, etc.).

9. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent in writing to the establishment within a maximum of 7 days after the end of the stay.

10. Personal data

The information collected is necessary for the management of reservations and is processed in accordance with Moroccan law n°09-08 relating to the protection of personal data.

11. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (an unforeseeable, irresistible event beyond the control of the parties), the execution of the contract may be suspended or cancelled without compensation, in accordance with the Code of Obligations and Contracts.

12. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts of the district where the establishment is located.
